THROWBACKTHISDAY, MAR 24; United States Former US Vice President Cheney Gets Heart Transplant

On Thisday 24th March, 2012 Former US Vice President Dick Cheney received a heart transplant while at the Inova Fairfax Hospital in the state of Virginia.

The seventy-one year old man had suffered from heart problems since the age of thirty-seven and had been waiting for a transplant for over twenty months before receiving it.
